Refund Policy

It is important to us that you are fully satisfied with your experience with the products we offer. We have different policies for different products - please see below for further information.

We do not offer returns on any of the digital products offered for sale. However, we do offer returns on physical products within 14 days of purchase. If you need to make a return, please email us at info@geminialcott.com, and we will be happy to help.

Digital Purchases 

Digital products are not refundable after the date of purchase. Should you have any issues accessing or downloading any digitals products please email info@geminialcott.com.

Physical Goods Purchases 

Physical products such as books can be returned within 14 days of purchase, and your full purchase less the cost of shipping will be refunded upon receipt of the item in a resalable condition. Please email info@geminialcott.com, to receive shipping instructions.

If you receive your book damaged, please email us at info@geminialcott.com,, include a photo of the damaged product, and we will make arrangements to have a replacement sent to you.

If your book is lost in shipping, please email us at info@geminialcott.com, , and we will make arrangements to have a new copy sent to you. Please note if the item is lost because you entered an incorrect shipping address, you may be liable for additional shipping costs to be paid before a replacement is sent.
